What happens if I add a user?

You will be charged for active users at the end of each month.

How can I pay?

We accept most most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

You can sign up for a free 30 day trial to kick the tires and see if TinyTracker is right for you. After 30 days you can decide if you would like to continue using TinyTracker.

Will I be charged when my trial ends?

No. We don’t ask for your credit card up front. Once your trial ends we shall ask you for your payment details, so you will only be charged when you decide you want to keep using TinyTracker.

Can I change plans at any time?

We don’t have any plans to upgrade to. Our pricing is just simple,fixed pricing per user and you can cancel anytime.

What if I need longer than 30 days?

That’s not a problem, just let us know and we’ll be happy to extend your trial.

Do I need to sign a fixed-term contract?

No. TinyTracker is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. Cancel anytime - no questions asked.
